To cancel your service, you must send a formal cancellation request via email to christopher@cgverse.com . The email must include your full name, the service you purchased, and the transaction ID from your purchase confirmation. The date of the email will be considered the date of the cancellation notice.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund: To receive a full refund, you must submit your cancellation request at least one week (7 calendar days) before the scheduled start date of your first lecture.
No Refund: No refunds will be granted if the cancellation request is received less than one week (7 calendar days) before the start of the first session, or at any time after the service has commenced.
Non-Refundable Fees: Please be aware that any processing fees charged by third-party payment processors (such as credit card companies or banks) are non-refundable. The refund amount will be the total amount you paid, minus these processing fees.
Once your cancellation request is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days. The funds will be returned to the original method of payment (e.g., the credit card used for the purchase).
